Ugh. This Happened …

On October 2, I broke my right shoulder during a Fitbit walk. I’m right-handed, so this impacts all my keyboarding activities. Sorry, folks, but I won’t be blogging for a while.

  14. I went thru a similar thing last year with severe carpal tunnel issues and surgeries on both hands the same day, losing feeling and sensitivity in both hands for nearly a year last year followed by rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder four months later, so know how you feel. Best wishes and speedy recovery, Kathy!

  16. Have a speedy recovery.

When I had shoulder surgery on my right shoulder, I used dragon speaking naturally. It wasn’t perfect but was 85% on the spot. This was years ago, I assume using voice to typing is better now and might be a solution for you.

  17. Take care and enjoy the break. Oops, excuse my choice of words.
    ❤️‍

  19. Does this mean we can look forward to a new word list? 1001 ways to say “ARGH”, or “these pain meds stink, where’s’s my martini?” Get better Kathy.

  20. Eeek! So sorry to hear. We can be patient – you need to take extra care of that shoulder. Do NOT come back until it is properly healed.

Then you can tell us the details – I doubt I’d forget them if I were you. Bummer.
