Most people don’t know that writing can be challenging. Writing requires clarity and engagement, especially if you’re writing for the public. However, you can handle this with the number of tools available to manage your writing skills. For example, if you want to compare your Word document with a PDF, websites like Draftable can help.
A huge population of writers has used most of the tools listed. We researched each of these tools and found them exceptional in their functionalities. Many new writers and some experienced writers often have to use these to help them write better. You can only write to grab your audience’s attention if you know the skills required.
Many of us have been there when we find ourselves repelled after reading some of our sentences. Mistakes or boring content can put anyone off. Hence, we do not want to make mistakes when writing professionally.
#1. Ginger
If you need a lifesaver for your writing, you can always count on Ginger to help you with your work. It would take care of some masked mistakes. If you have its extension in your Google Chrome, it can correct as you write your articles or simple posts. Basic spelling errors are highlighted by the extension. By the time you complete the suggested corrections, you will have great content. The tool also offers a personal trainer to improve your writing skills with the help of tailored practice sessions.
#2. ZenPen
You may face distraction when writing a piece and end up spending more time on a task. Fortunately, ZenPen blocks distractions, allowing you to work on your piece. The app also helps you format the text, and add quotes and hyperlinks. When you have finished writing, you can simply copy the content and paste it into the website editor.
#3. Thesaurus
If you want your work to stand out without using the same word often, Thesaurus can help you. Writers who want their works to be interesting and varied use this tool. When you copy and paste an article into the toolbox, you can take advantage of the grammar coach to improve your writing.
#4. Paper Rater
With Paper Rater, you can provide writing suggestions, and check your paper for grammar and plagiarism. You just have to copy and paste the text inside the editor and it will provide suggestions on where you can improve it. You can also upload the document directly. You don’t need to sign up or log in to the website, which is a huge advantage.

#5. Visuwords
Writers who want extraordinary support for their article can use Visuwords. You don’t have to be a professional to write very well. Visuwords help you search for new words. You type the primary term of your article into its search bar and get numerous connected words.
#6. WordCounter
Keywords are essential for your SEO. Since Google uses an algorithm for its search tool, you may have to implement your keywords. WordCounter helps writers with their word count, style of writing, and writing choice. With this tool, you can see at least the top keywords, including keyword density. As a result, you don’t stuff keywords in your article. Stuffing keywords leaves you with a black mark online.
Companies are using this website to skim through loads of resumes. So ensure you also get a step ahead when writing.
#7. Yoast
Yoast is one of the best SEO plugins available right now. The tool allows you to optimize your content for better and organic reach. There are two sections where you can improve your SEO and Readability. Yoast ensures your keyphrase is used evenly, throughout the content, including image attributes and subheadings. It also ensures that the content is easy to skim through.

#10. Quill
Quill is suitable for students who want to write better. It offers users free features for writing. A teacher center has instructional materials for writers. You can use this section to write better.
